OCTOBER: Depression Awareness Month

Mind Stance hosted an event: SYS (Speak Your Story) wherein we created an anonymous forum for judgement-free and open discussion on personal stories and experiences with depression. The focus was to spread awareness and destigmatize at the same time, while giving depression patients a place to freely associate with each other anonymously and vent!

The forum continues to be open and more stories and conversation is always welcomed!
